The AGM PVS-14E Night Vision Monocular is a rugged, lightweight, and multi-purpose night vision device that can be used in some of the most challenging environments. The PVS-14E can be used as a handheld device, mounted on the included head harness.
Equipped with an Advanced Auto Shut-off System, the PVS-14E saves power and enhances convenience by turning off and back on automatically when the device is articulated to the side and back into operating position again.
The PVS-14E is outfitted with a more compact lens and eyepiece bringing the total unit weight to just 10.2 oz (290 grams). The unit has a flexible power delivery system making it compatible with AA and CR123 batteries, this system ensures uninterrupted operation by not limiting you to one battery choice. The unit is also equipped with an electronic polarity switching system which means you don’t have to worry about installing the battery in a specific orientation. The unit includes manual gain control, an automatic bright light shut- off feature, and a built-in Infrared (IR) illuminator. The bright light
shut-off feature ensures that the high-quality photocathode tube is protected. When the light level returns below the threshold, the device will turn back on automatically.
