EXPORT REGULATIONS
Export of night vision equipment and optical sighting equipment (including user manuals) is controlled either by the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Title 22, and Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130 or the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations Part 730-774.
Some of this equipment may require a license for export or re-export from the United States. Any export of equipment by Night Vision Guys LLC to a purchaser outside of the United States will be made in strict compliance with U.S. export control laws.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to request and obtain any required export licenses for the subsequent export or re-export of the subject items, and to ensure that the requirements of all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies are met. In addition, subsequent transfers of any products sold by Night Vision Guys LLC to individuals or entities on the List of Debarred Parties, Denied Persons List, Specially Designated Nationals List, Entity List, or Nonproliferation Sanctions List (collectively “Restricted Parties Lists”), as well as sales or transfers to Embargoed Countries, are strictly prohibited. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify whether any subsequent transferee is on any such Restricted Parties Lists, websites for which are set forth below.
LISTS OF PROHIBITED INDIVIDUALS, ENTITIES AND COUNTRIES
ITAR items and items marked for domestic sale only should only be used by party identified on the Night Vision Guys Sales Order/Invoice for use or resale in the U.S. only. Such items should not be exported, provided to foreign persons in the U.S. (including Foreign Embassies in the U.S.A.), or sold domestically for export by a third party (including U.S. Government agencies). If/when such items are resold, the original purchasing party must advise customers/end users of their duty to comply with U.S. export control regulations or face the possibility of severe criminal and civil fines including imprisonment if convicted. Furthermore if above mentioned items are resold or transferred in any way, the original purchaser must inform customers/end user(s) that if these items are lost, stolen or destroyed, they must report this fact to Night Vision Guys LLC and provide the date of the incident as well as the associated serial number of the item.
“U.S. Person” for this purposes is a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C.1101 (a) (20), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) and “US Company” as the company entity organized under the laws of the United States.
Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited.
Other Restrictions: Restrictions on the use of night vision with a weapon vary from state to state. You are strongly advised to learn these laws and adhere to them. Night Vision Guys LLC will not be held responsible for unlawful usage.

ATN x sight 4K pro (Excellent)
I’m very impressed with the X sight 4K pro. I have nothing but good to say about the scoop. Very easy to set up. Works great at night time. For somebody getting in tonight hunting. This is the scope to get.

Night vision mode is bomb!
Night vision mode is bomb! I couldn't believe the clarity on this thing at night. After sighting it in, which was easy by the way, I went home and waited for the sun to go down. When it was good and dark, I went out to my veranda, turned on night mode and was amazed! I could see the tree line at the back of my house that is about 170 yards away. Next weekend is I plan on taking it out for a spin. Hopefully get some hogs or even a coyote.

Great optic
No complaints really. Quality of the optic is great. Yes some features do not work 100% yet. With future firmware upgrades hopefully they will. The parts that matter do work just fine. Day/night optics are great. No issues. The negatives you hear are about the bells and whistles that are extra not working right. But the actual scope works great. Very nice pic day and night. Yes when u zoom in it does pixilate when you push the zoom to the higher magnifications. But dont forget its digital not optical. All in all i would deffinately purchase again and would reccomend this optic. For the money its great as long as you accept the drawbacks and accept its not a several thousand dollar piece of equipment. For most people this optic will be the cats meow.

Love mine!
Just a suggestion to anyone who is thinking of buying this scope. Get it! For the amount of money you pay it is an incredible scope. Don't pay thousands for traditional night vision when you can get it under a grand. You won't be disappointed, I love mine and had no problems with it like some of the reviews say. Just make sure after unboxing you update to the latest firmware and do a factory reset right after. Done. Enjoy.

Improved image quality!
Absolutely no regrets about purchasing this optic. You will see such an improvement in image quality over the previous x-sight 2 it's unbelievable. It gets better with every firmware update that comes out! ATN did NOT drop the ball with this one.

I zero'd the scope yesterday on LWRC M6 and Scar 17, removed scope from each firearm twice and it held zero just fine. I had time to also down-load the obsidian 4 app and some of the features work and others do not. when changing profile names in the app, the screen freezes, when using the app for zeroing, the screen freezes, in the environment app you cant type the wind speed in (the app on the iphone does not have a decimal) example: when you type in 10 for 10 mph, it reverts back to 00.0, there is no decimal to hit on the screen that comes up on the obsidian 4 app screen key-pad) but making mph changes on the scope works fine but when using the app it wont save them. most functions on the phone app freeze the scope, when trying to use them or are muted and not in use. Also, as mentioned in my 1st review, the blue-tooth rangefinder does NOT pair to the scope, (at least mine doesn't) Hopefully firmware update fixes these issues as most setting on the scope can be done with the phone app making it quick and simple, once the wifi connects to the scope thru the phone but until it works, you have to use the scope for most settings. Night vision is incredible, it works really well. was able to hit 100 yd target with no problem at 5x with standard IR light but needed to be slow and steady and really look hard. added the 850 IR pro and it lit the area up and you could shoot without stress like it was day time. Again, so far so good aside from app not being up to speed yet and glitchy screen freezes with the iphone app on. the scope has not frozen up with the app off. So I'm hoping a firmware update fixes these. My new scores are for the app only until fixed.

So far so good. No Go on rangefinder
I received my 4k pro from NVG last week. I haven't zeros my scope yet But Set up was easy and fast. Initially had a problem with it freezing during set up and after set up. Nothing would be saved after it was shut off and turned back on. I was getting frustrated at setting it up over and over again with nothing being saved. But called ATN product support and they walked me thru a fix. NVG sent my scope with firmware already Pre-Loaded but it never had the "restore factory setting" done after the firmware was loaded as the instructions tell you after you install or update firmware. Once I did the factory reset. The scope kept all the settings and after 3 days of playing around with it. No more issues. Night vision works really well even with no IR light. And even better with the one that came with the scope and incredibly well with the ATN 850 ir pro that I also purchased. All in all. Very happy with it so far. One thing I was a little disappointed in is that the handheld ATN laser ballistics rangefinder 1000 does not pair with it as they say. Hopefully when firmware update comes out they will address this. Until the ABL comes out. You have no way to Bluetooth the range to the scope. Manual input only as far as I can tell. I'm going to the range tomorrow and will update this after I see how it does in LWRC AR and the SCAR 17 for zeroing. Felix at NVG was very helpful and attentive to all of my Q&A during preorder. Would highly recommend Night Vision Guys for any purchase based on customer service alone.
