Great customer service
These guys have great customer service and work hard to maintain that relationship. The product is good quality but L3 and ITT are better. For the price you wont go wrong.

hi Peter. PVS14 is an ITAR controlled product and cannot be exported outside of the USA. However, we can get you similar items like Armasight NYX14 or ATN NVM14 for example. Please let us know if this is of interest and we can provide you with a quote.

What is a tube kit? Does it function as is without tube kit?

Hi J S. This is a PVS14 device but does not have a night vision tube in it. This is a good choice for those who want to use their own night vision tube and only need the unit's body.

Does this only accept certain tubes or will any tube work? Do you guys sell tubes for it?

Hi Billy. Yes you need to use a compatible night vision tube. However, depending on what configuration you are looking for it may be cheaper and better from warranty perspective to buy a complete unit. For example Night Vision Depot complete monoculars come with a 10 year warranty. Please respond with your budget and approximate requirements so we can suggest the best setup.

Do you actually offer the L3 housing as shown in the picture or only the inferior Carson Industries which is what I received?

Yours was shipped directly from NV Depot and they are the ones who provide us with the images for their products. Hi Joe. We would need to know the version of the PVS7 tube to answer this. There are several modifications of PVS7 night vision goggles and they user different tubes. There is usually some writing on the tube describing its type. We can answer this question if you provide that information.

hi Mark. Correct, this is the monocular without a tube. You just need a fitting "drop-in" night vision tube and you are good to go.
