Armasight Avenger Gen 2+ SDi Night Vision Monocular is exportable to Germany and most other countries. No special papers are required. These devices are built specifically to be exportable and are approved by the USA government. You will have no problem taking it with you if you are travelling and there will also be no problem if you will ship it.
