Armasight has the widest selection of night vision clipons out of all night vision manufacturers on the US market. With CO-X, CO-mini, CO-MR and CO-LR lines covering every range and day scope pairing scenario a hunter or professional sharpshooter may have interest in. CO-X Gen 2 QSi is a mid level model in the line up and is certified as exportable. what sets this model apart however is the "quick silver" tube technology. These night vision tubes produce grey image instead of the traditional gree. This results in better contrast as well as less stress on user's eyes. Armasight CO-X QSi can be taken out of the United States, but it may not be legal to import it into certain countries. You should contact appropriate authorities to confirm legality of this device before traveling with it or shipping it to an international destination.
Note that the Armasight CO-X Gen 2 Night Vision Clip-On System can be attached to non weapon related day time optics as well. It pairs really well with binoculars and spotting scopes alike. You do need to make sure that magnification of the day time device does not accede recommended amount.

The Armasight CO-X Night Vision Clip-On System is one of the most advanced Night Vision Clip-On systems for mid-range night shooting, and stands out from the competition when it comes to clarity, versatility, reliability, function and value. The CO-X Night Vision Clip-On System converts your existing day scope into a night vision device and provides excellent target acquisition and aiming capabilities for the demanding sports shooter, hunter, military, law enforcement, and security personnel. Engineered using the latest advancements in Night Vision technology, the CO-X Clip-On System eliminates the traditional requirement of removing your existing day scope from your rifle to replace it with a dedicated night vision sight (which would also involve re-zeroing). The CO-X simply mounts in front of your existing day scope. Because the CO-X Clip-On System is factory bore-sighted to tolerances of less than 1 MOA, no rezeroing is required. The Clip-On System allows the user to maintain consistent positioning and shooting accuracy, all while maintaining the use of a fully familiar day scope. A wireless remote control unit can be placed anywhere on the user’s weapon, allowing quick and easy activation of the CO-X Clip-On System. Recommended for use with day scopes of up to 6X-7X magnification, the CO-X is equipped with a locking quick-disconnect mounting system that provides the user with an simple and fast way to attach or detach the CO-X on any standard Weaver or Picatinny rail. Gen 2+ QS “Quick Silver” White Phosphor IIT
Experienced professionals know that nighttime scenes appear much more natural when displayed in black and white rather than the typical “night-vision green.” Our unique “Quick Silver” Gen 2+ IITs are characterized by high-contrast, white phosphor screens that offer black and white displays, which provide clearer details, better contrast, and more distinct shapes and shadows. They include a multi-alkali photocathode, a Resolution range of 47 to 54 lp/mm, and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 15 to 23. International versions are available for export.
Delivery Time and Manufacturing Process for Armasight CO-X Gen 2+ QSi MG Exportable Night Vision Clip-On System:
Most of our manufacturers do not keep products like Armasight CO-X Gen 2+ QSi MG Exportable Night Vision Clip-On System assembled on the shelf. Night Vision tubes are kept separate from the body of the unit. When the order is placed, the manufacturer starts the order processing and assembly process which includes the following:
- Order processing - we collect all the necessary information including address and phone numbers. We also make sure that our customer ordered the correct product for their needs and that the product can be exported by US law to the country of destination. In some cases a signed export compliance form is required.
- QC - in this step the manufacturer will inspect all individual parts which will be used to assemble the night vision device for any defects.
- Production & Assembly - during production, all the parts are put together. Night Vision tubes in inserted into the body of the unit and all the complex electronics for the device are connected. This process takes place in a special lab called the "clean room" as even a small speckle of dust can cause undesired optical effect.
- QA - one the night vision device is assembled, it goes through a rigorous testing process to make sure it meets all the expected specifications and all parts function as expected. For this most manufacturers have a special "dark room" designed to allow testing of the units without causing incidental damage to the night vision tube by exposure to bright light.
- Packaging - this is a key process as well. In most case your night vision device will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer but sometimes needs to be sent to us first. In either case items need to be packaged securely to avoid any kind of damage during transportation.
- Shipping - as described above items will most of the time ship from the manufacturer. For most domestic orders (unless shipping to POB or AFB) a premium shipper like FedEx or UPS will be used.
Only by following the above steps can we along with our manufacturers bring you - our customer - night vision products of highest quality, However as you can understand the above process can take several days to complete. For example if your device fails QA, the entire process restarts. Also at QC stage a manufacturer may realize that the tube they have in stock has a defect and a replacement tube needs to be ordered. Due to the complexity of this process, it is prudent to expect 3-4 business days for production and handling of the purchased device. Keep in mind that this process is designed to guarantee your satisfaction with the night vision device of your choice. It occasionally possible to expedite the process for urgent orders but addional fees or other restrictions may apply.

Hi Jason. Armasight CO-X is built per order so it is going to take 2-3 days for it to ship. You honestly don't want a night vision tube that has been sitting on a shelf. My question to you why you are looking at the QSi model as opposed to QS. Are you planning to export it outside of the USA? If not you should get the QS model as it is cheaper and is exactly the same in terms of parameters.
