Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38 Thermal Monocular

The Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38 delivers professional-grade thermal imaging in a handheld package. Unlike night vision devices that need a background light to function, the Helion 2 XQ38 can function in complete darkness. It comes equipped with a highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor with NETD 40mK to provide more details even in rainfall, fog and other conditions that lower thermal contrast. These thermal images can be enhanced even further with Pulsar’s proprietary Image Boost Technology, with incorporates software algorithms to boost image clarity for sharper, more defined images. In addition, the Helion 2 XQ38 can detect heat signature up to 1350 meters away.

Thermal capabilities aside, the Pulsar Helion 2 XQ38 comes packed with additional features. It comes with a built in, stadiametric rangefinder. This feature allows for accurate distance measuring to observed objects with a known height of 0.3 meters, 0.7 meters, and 1.7 meters. Another secondary feature of the Helion is an integrated video recorder, which allows for video and image capturing at the time of observation with internal memory that can be transferred to a computer with a wire or WiFi connection.
