Extra level of lens protection on the VX-6 7-42X56mm is achieved with DiamondCoat 2 - an ion-assist lens coating, for higher light transmission and abrasion resistance.
Construction of Leupold VX-6 7-42X56mm is one-piece, crafted from aircraft-grade aluminum. Internal o-seals protect riflescope from moist, and Argon\Krypton gas blend ensures stable operation during rapid temperature drops. Spring-loaded erector system enables a generous impact point correction range; it also helps the windage and elevation turrets maintain zero even after repeated recoil.
