Armasight CO-X Gen2 ID Night Vision Clipon
From Pulsar about DFA75 Digital Night Vision Forward Attachment:
Pulsar has redefined the night vision benchmark with the introduction of the Pulsar Forward Digital Front Attachment (DFA) Digital Night Vision Attachment, the world's first and only digital night vision module that attaches to the front of a daylight riflescope. With an advanced CCD chip (Charge Couple Device chip), the Pulsar Forward DFA75 delivers highly vivid images in extremely challenging lighting conditions.
The Pulsar DFA Digital Night Vision Attachment riflescope ring adapters are available in various diameters and each has a set of reducing rings (the rings can be used as necessary depending on the diameter of the riflescope’s optical bell) for a precise fit. The adapter is permanently attached to the optical bell of a telescopic sight, enabling the Pulsar Forward DFA attachment to be quickly installed when required. When the attachment is not used, the adapter accommodates a protective cap that covers the lens of an optical sight in the daytime.
Pulsar recommends these optional accessories to enhance your expeirence:
• PL79121 42mm Cover Ring Adapter
• PL79122 50mm Cover Ring Adapter
• PL79123 56mm Cover Ring Adapter
• PL79111 Battery Pack EPS 3
• PL79112 Battery Pack EPS 5
• SM29003 Sightmark video Recorder CVR640
From Night Vision Guys about Pulsar DFA75 Digital Night Vision Forward Attachment:
Pulsar has been late to the night vision clip-on game. Companies like ATN and Armasight have had a lot of success with their night vision clipon systems over the years. In 2014 however, Pulsar decided to change this around. Introduction of the DFA75 Forward Attachment system is a great move. This device is similar in functionality to the existing night vision clip-on systems like PS22, PS28 and CO-MR. But it is also very different. What makes it different is the DIGITAL night vision sensor instead of the traditional night vision tube.
Pulsar has had several digital night vision scopes on the market over the years. Pulsar N550 and N750 are super popular and deliver great quality. That's why Pulsar decided to use the same digital night vision technology found in these great night vision scopes and implement it in a clip-on device which can be attached to a day time scope to allow night time hunting without need to re-zero. There are certain benefits to digital night vision, such as ability to withstand bright light and video output.

Question
Is the magnification still based on the scopes capability when using the Clipon?
From Bill on Aug 03, 2014
Answer
Absolutely. All night vision and thermal clip-on devices have 1x magnification and magnification is controlled via your day scope.
Question
wiht this clip-on nigth vision do you have to sight again the rifle or yes install and remove at your conveniece
From Heriberto on Sep 30, 2015
Answer
Hi Heriberto. There is no need to sight it in. If your daytime scope is sighted in, you simply attach and remove the night vision clipon when needed. No need to rezero. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
