Can I use this extended rail on a Beretta 391 12 Gauge shotgun, by locking it on the barrel rail. I looking for a rail for locking a scope. As you know the body of the shot gun is flat without rail.

No. Extended rail is meant to extend an existing rail. You would need to purchase something that is specific to your shotgun. You should contact a gun smith or the manufacturer for suggestions.
