Good value NV system
I had an opportunity to try out this product a few days after I purchased it. Used it on my .300 BLK AR on a hunting trip in SW TX. I used it with a Truglo 4x32 day sight, and the hooded objective lens housing on my Truglo sight protruded out a little too far up top. This made mounting my CO-Mini close to the objective lens difficult. Even though it was pretty dark, there were some lights in the distance which affected the ability of the CO-Mini to see very well. I was going to try to attach it to my 30-06 Savage with Nikon Monarch 3 BDC, but the #2 adapter I ordered was too small. I requested to swap it for a #3 adapter, but NV Guys told me I'd have to swap it with Armasight directly. They did it for me no problem. I think I'll need to try it out with another day scope to see if I can get a better sight picture before I can give great feedback. The IR illuminator was good, but it's pretty bulky/heavy when mounted on top of the CO-Mini. Not the best for walking around. Would need to be stationary with a shooting rest in order to hold steady for a shot due to the overall weight. I'll try it again soon with a different scope and leave better feedback. It didn't ship for about 4-5 days, but I got it overnight once it shipped. Great customer service from NV Guys, and I'd order from them again.
