Sightmark’s Ultra Dual Shot Pro Spec Night Vision QD is an exciting, new addition to the Sightmark Reflex Sight line. The Ultra Dual Shot Pro Spec features a quick detach mount for rapid attachment and removal, allowing shooters to effectively adapt their firearm to the situation at hand. Featuring an improved lens system, the Ultra Dual Shot Pro Spec retains accuracy when fired from the periphery of the lens. The Interlok internal locking systems hold zero so the shooter does not have to continually re-adjust the sight on the fly.
The all aluminum construction enhances durability, making it operable in various environments and situations. Featuring a side mounted laser for quick target acquisition, the shooter can fire from the hip in close quarter situations. This added feature is useful during tactical training situations and three-gun matches. Equipped with a night vision mode, the user can mount the Ultra Dual Shot Pro Spec in front of a night vision monocular in order to create a co-witnessed riflescope set up. Outfitted with four reticle patterns, the Ultra Shot Pro Spec provides precision accuracy day or night. Sightmark products are protected by Sightmark’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. Question
Is it compatible with 12 gauge semi automatic. 18" barrel. Escort brand tactical
From Wes on Nov 05, 2014
Answer
Sightmark Ultra Dual Shot Pro Spec QD is rated for 600G recoil. I believe it would work with your gun but I would verify with the gun manufacturer for the exact recoil number.
Question
What is 600g and how do I find out if my Escort semi automatic tactical 12 gauge is under this spec. It says it's rated for up to. 50.I know my 12 doesn't make that kind of kick. It's actually the lightest kicking 12 gauge I've ever shot. It only has an 18 inch barrel to,but it has a exalant muzzle break. Flash suppresser

Answer
Wes, you can go with either of the red dot sights you were looking at. They will both handle your rifle.
Question
How do these work with regard to focus using a NV goggle? For example; if your goggle is focused at 100 yards will the rericle just be a fuzzy blob?
From G. Newman on May 15, 2016
Answer
Hello Mr Newman. I am not certain what kind of setup your are picturing. Night Vision devices which work properly with a reflex sight are generally 1x. So the focus is basically to adjust for your eyesight not really for distance. Can you, please, let us know what type of device you are planning to use with this reflex sight?
