Inline Tactical Aiming Laser - Advanced (ITAL-A) is designed for flattop rifles.
The new ITAL-A single module adjustable focus laser is the next generation of Laser Devices’ popular ITAL line. These new units incorporate some innovative new features. The most obvious is a built-in footprint for mounting a Doctor Sight. This same footprint can be used to mount Insight Tech Gear’s new MRDS.
The ITAL-A series includes an adjustable focusing ring, which allows the operator to adjust the size of the laser beam depending on mission requirements. When focused, the laser provides a continuous beam along the weapon’s line of fire for precise aiming. When defocused, the beam spreads to provide illumination and situational awareness. The ITAL-A also features a built-in double tap switch which activates the laser in either a momentary (single tap) or continuous ON mode (double tap). This built-in “fire” button provides the operator the ability to control the laser without the use of a remote pressure switch. Other enhanced features of the “A” variant include lower submersible depth and high/low modes of operation. Basically, the “A” variant is a classic model on steroids.
