Great scope at a great price!!
I purchased the ATN X-Sight2 5-20x. I have been pleased with the scope and use it nearly every weekend hunting hogs. I have it mounted on an AR-15 in 6.5 Grendel and it works great. It helped me to put down 100 plus hogs last year and the count this year is at 9 so far. I recently had some issues with the scope freezing, but contacted customer service and they were very helpful. Milen Yap--"MY" has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to many more hogs down with the ATN. Big thank you to Milen and the customer service team!

Best NV for under $1k
It is an all in one package and the best night vision I could find under $1000. The optic is nice and clear, provides a good image day and night. Great to have video recording and multiple rifle profiles. I also got the extended battery pack for it, which is great as well.

Outstanding
Outstanding night vision scope for the money. Updated firmware without issue and was up and running. First night out for just testing purposes I was able to get pictures of the neighborhood barn owl flying over a feild around 100 yrds out. Have no problem seeing any reflective surface out past 200 yards with the supplied IR light. With a more powerful weapon mounted IR light over 400 yards is easily obtainable.

Awesome Scope ATN Really paid attention to their customers with the new gen II scope
I received my ATN X-sight II 5-20 and mounted it to my AR platform rifle in 6.5 Grendel and I tell you what the one shot sight in function is awesome in no time I had it sighted at a 100 yards. Image quality is excellent. A little blurring occurs when zoomed in at 20x, but is to be expected. Night Vision function is Green or Black & White. Works very well, the scope includes a IR flashlight which works out to say around 150 to 175 yards . I'm hoping to upgrade to the ATN IR850 Pro Long Range IR Illuminator for a little longer night range but for now the Ir light that came with the scope is awesome The range finding function is very impressive it works great and accuracy is great as I compared it to my laser range finder and it was within one yard just about every time and at different yardages ,The most important thing with the range finder function is knowing the correct height of the animal or object that you are ranging .The ballistics feature is great being able to input your cartridge profile and the scope pretty much does the rest to calculate shot placement. This xsight 2 is packed with so many features like, range estimation,one shot zero and shot adjustment, that I mentioned above , also video capture that I will be using this hunting season , geo tagging, WiFi which I will be using along with the ATN obsidian mobile App and my tablet to watch while my 10 year old daughter hopefully bags her first whitetail and I'm sure I will be using the hdmi video sharing if she does indeed bag her first deer.This is a very fun scope to use and with the all the options/functions to choose from I'm sure it will never get boring. Being an avid hunter I really liked the idea that I can use this on my crossbow and firearms . The battery life on this scope is around eight hours using 4 AA Lithium batteries, 1.5 V .I am hoping to upgrade to the ATN Power Weapon kit with the 16,000 mAh Battery Pack which is stated to last 22 hours and that would really help me out being able to run it longer without a battery change. I love this scope really unbelievable Features for this Price and the scope was easy to set up ,easy to update the firmware , easy to mount easy to sight in and most of all easy to use it's a joy really to use . And I will add Customer service is great I had read a few reviews saying customer service wasn't much but I have had nothing but good experiences with them so much so I'm planing on buying a thermal scope when I can save up enough funds but that will take some time since I'm a Disabled Veteran and not much funds coming in . This scope is everything I expected and more. For the money it would be hard to find a day/night vision scope with half the features at this price. Overall I'm very pleased with this scope and would buy another in a heartbeat and like I said would love to buy a thermal scope from ATN. I Hope this review was helpful Go buy yourself a ATN X-sight II you will be happy you did .

Hi Buba. If you have dealt with night vision before, you know that a lot depends on the light conditions (moon, stars, etc). I would say that on a half moon night with no IR you can expect at least 75 yards from ATN X-Sight scopes. With IR you easily double that. Clarity is somewhere between Gen 1 and Gen 2 analog night vision. not sure how to describe it any better.

You should also consider Armasight Vampire 3x as there is a rebate on it currently and it is in stock ready to ship. The main benefit of XSIGHT over vampire is that XSIGHT can be used during the day. Hi Wes. Sorry for the delay in responding to you. We were checking on this with the manufacturer. The night vision enabled models sold in the USA cannot have night vision disabled. ATN does, however, make a daytime only model for the European market. We do not carry that model.

Hi James. as per ATN's manual for this night vision scope: If you are going to record video the MicroSD Card should be of Class 10 (10 Mb/sec) or faster and have capacity from 4 to 64 Gb. However, it is possible that later firmware upgrades would expand on that capacity. You should verify with ATN directly.
