Question
Will this NVD accept weapon and helmet mounts from standard U.S. issue pvs-14 monoculars? Thanks
From Tom on Dec 02, 2014
Answer
Hi Tom. Armasight NYX14 night vision monoculars use different connectors than the PVS14 models. You would need a new set of accessories. We can help out on the price side of things if this is of interest.
Question
Hi I was wondering if the Wilcox amber filter will fit this unit or if there are any other options.
From Daniel on Sep 07, 2016
Answer
Hi Daniel. When you ask about options do you mean in terms of filters or in terms of night vision monoculars? I am not certain that this filter would fit as it is designed for a PVS14 lens. Until you try you will not know for sure. So are you asking if there are filters which will work with the Armasight NYX14 night vision monocular or if there are other monocular which will work with the Wilcox filter?
