The Armasight Nemesis 6x Gen 2+ QS is the perfect solution where a little more distance is required between hunter and hunted. Featuring a high quality Gen 2+ image intensifier tube, easy to use internal windage and elevation adjustment and simple push button controls, the Armasight Nemesis will allow you to reach out further during night hunting trips.
The adjustable brightness illuminated reticle is unique - no other night vision riflescope on the market has such a well-defined (but extremely thin) crosshairs that allows such precise shot placement, even on extremely small targets. The Nemesis is fitted with a Picatinny/Weaver mount that allows for considerable length adjustment ensuring comfortable eye relief can be achieved; three accessory mounting rails allow the easy mounting of our included long range IR illuminator and/or other compatible accessories.
Nemesis 6X housing is water resistant, robust (but lightweight), machined from aircraft aluminium.

Great scope, I'd buy it again.
A friend of mine had already purchased one of these night scopes. I was impressed at the quality of the picture, so I decided to buy one also. Although there is a ever so slightly difference in the pictures between the two scopes. Both are very good. The black and white image is much better and easier on the eye to view in my opinion. I could easily pick out wild hogs at close to 1,000 yards with about 85-90% moon. I'm sure I could have seen them much farther than that. i also had no problems telling the difference between the hogs, cows, and deer at that range as well. Although I only took a shot from about 60-70 yards, I'm sure I could have made a good shot well past 200 yards. However since I only have it mounted to an AR-15 shooting .223 rounds I get as close as I can before I shoot. It isn't that heavy and my AR still felt pretty balanced. If you can't afford to go Gen 3, I'd highly recommend this scope.
