Gen 2+ QS “Quick Silver” White Phosphor IIT
Experienced professionals know that nighttime scenes appear much more natural when displayed in black and white rather than the typical “night-vision green.” Our unique “Quick Silver” Gen 2+ IITs are characterized by high-contrast, white phosphor screens that offer black and white displays, which provide clearer details, better contrast, and more distinct shapes and shadows. They include a multi-alkali photocathode, a Resolution range of 47 to 54 lp/mm, and a Signal-to-Noise Ratio of 15 to 23. International versions are available for export.
Delivery Time and Manufacturing Process for Armasight Sirius GEN 2+ QSi MG Exportable Night Vision Monocular:
Most of our manufacturers do not keep products like Armasight Sirius GEN 2+ QSi MG Exportable Night Vision Monocular assembled on the shelf. Night Vision tubes are kept separate from the body of the unit. When the order is placed, the manufacturer starts the order processing and assembly process which includes the following:
- Order processing - we collect all the necessary information including address and phone numbers. We also make sure that our customer ordered the correct product for their needs and that the product can be exported by US law to the country of destination. In some cases a signed export compliance form is required.
- QC - in this step the manufacturer will inspect all individual parts which will be used to assemble the night vision device for any defects.
- Production & Assembly - during production, all the parts are put together. Night Vision tubes in inserted into the body of the unit and all the complex electronics for the device are connected. This process takes place in a special lab called the "clean room" as even a small speckle of dust can cause undesired optical effect.
- QA - one the night vision device is assembled, it goes through a rigorous testing process to make sure it meets all the expected specifications and all parts function as expected. For this most manufacturers have a special "dark room" designed to allow testing of the units without causing incidental damage to the night vision tube by exposure to bright light.
- Packaging - this is a key process as well. In most case your night vision device will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer but sometimes needs to be sent to us first. In either case items need to be packaged securely to avoid any kind of damage during transportation.
- Shipping - as described above items will most of the time ship from the manufacturer. For most domestic orders (unless shipping to POB or AFB) a premium shipper like FedEx or UPS will be used.
Only by following the above steps can we along with our manufacturers bring you - our customer - night vision products of highest quality, However as you can understand the above process can take several days to complete. For example if your device fails QA, the entire process restarts. Also at QC stage a manufacturer may realize that the tube they have in stock has a defect and a replacement tube needs to be ordered. Due to the complexity of this process, it is prudent to expect 3-4 business days for production and handling of the purchased device. Keep in mind that this process is designed to guarantee your satisfaction with the night vision device of your choice. It occasionally possible to expedite the process for urgent orders but addional fees or other restrictions may apply.

Armasight Sirius GEN 2+ QSi MG Exportable Night Vision Monocular NSMSIRIUS1QMII1
Hi ...i use this Multi-purpose Monocular for the study of Unexplained Aerial Phenomena and Sky watching, and I found the Armasight Sirius Gen2+ QSi Night Vision Multi-purpose Monocular a great product , the QS ( White Phosphor )Tube gives a better contrast Image compared to the Green Phosphor Image that gets your eyes tired after a long use . I highly recommend this unit, you can spend 2x this price and not get as good a value as the Sirius Gen 2+ Qiuck Silver plus it has a wide range of Accessories and Option Magnification Lens for long Range Observation . Thanks to Felix Teper for his Outstanding Customer Service ( very patient Guy and Understanding ) and recommending me this NV Model after I explained the purpose of using a Night Vision Multi-purpose Monocular . Night Vision Guys is the way to go if you are into Night Vision and Felix was very helpful and honest to me . Being from Australia , Felix got me Non-Stop Updated from the moment I Purchased my NV Monocular , got it shipped within 24-48 Hours as he promised and until Delivered to me ( which took me only 7-8 days ) . I highly recommend Night Vision Guys , particularly Felix Teper with whom I had a great experience .

Question
Hi; Is there any difference between QS MG and QSi MG (Exportable) tubes??
From Mario on Sep 09, 2015
Answer
Hi Mario. QS and QSi night vision tubes are pretty much the same tubes, the only difference is that QSi tubes go through a review to ensure they meet the strict exportability requirements. If you are planning to use Armasight Sirius outside of the United States, you should get the QSi model to avoid getting in trouble with the government. If, however, you plan to use it within the United States only, you should certainly buy the QS model.
Question
Im looking into the nemesis 6x. Is there much difference between qs and qsi besides the price. Is it the same quality? And what's the difference in nemisis 6x gen 3 ghost? Besides the fact the other is a gen 2+. Is the quality alot better or about the same. Trying to get the perfect scope for coyote hunting.
From Jacob on Sep 15, 2017
Answer
hi Jacob. QSi is an exportable version of QS. Unless you are planning to take it out of the country, there is no reason to go with QSi. As far as Ghost, it is a clearer and brighter version of QSi. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Question
Hi, how much lm gain gas this unit? And is it possible to have sacrificial window for it?
From Remo on Apr 20, 2018
Answer
Hi Remo. There is no dedicated sacrificial window accessory for Armasight Sirius. It may be possible to match some other model directly or using adapters. I am not clear on the first part of your question.
