The Armasight N-15 is a dual-channel night vision goggle system. The Armasight N-15 long range night vision goggles use optics that are equal to or better than current Military night vision units, built into a tough, compact, and ergonomic composite housing. The Armasight Nyx-15 can withstand saltwater, rain, high humidity, and temperature extremes, and still provide unsurpassed levels of performance. For hands-free use, it can be worn on the included flip-up head mount or optional universal helmet mount, both of which have a built-in mechanism that will automatically turn the unit off when it is flipped up. The N-15 goggle is equipped with automatic brightness control, bright light shut-off circuitry, and a spot/flood built-in IR illuminator. The Armasight N-15 long range night vision goggles are equipped with LED indicators that are displayed on the screen of the eyepiece to alert the user of a low battery, or to indicate that the IR is turned on. The dismounted goggle can also be utilized as an excellent long-range viewer with an optional 3x a-focal lens. The Armasight N-15 utilizes two image intensifier tubes. This dual tube design provides increased depth perception and outstanding clarity. The Armasight N-15 is a high-standard night vision device that will meet the requirements of the most demanding law enforcement officer, military professional, or casual civilian user.

I am interesting in "exportable" night vision googles between Armasight and ATN. I have narrowed my search between N-15 Gen 2 HDi from Armasite and ATN PS-15 CGTI from ATN. Firstly, does ATN produce a exportable PS-15 HPT(i) Generation 2 plus that competes with the 44-64ip/mm of the of the N-15 HDI from Armasite? If this product is produced, what is the price and lead time for this PS-15 HPTi product? If a PS-15 HPTi is not available, what are the main differences between the N-15 HDi and the PS-15 CGTi? The resolution and the waterproof versus water resistance? Am i better to go with the Armasite higher resolution or the ATN waterproof and other features? Is there a quality difference between Armasite N-15 HDi and APN PS-15 CGTi? What is the time to delivery between the two companies on each of these products? Lastly, which product do you recommend?

Hi Ed. You hit it on the nail. ATN does not have the exportable HPT model. higher generation is definitely the most important component of a night vision device. So I think this pretty much answers your question. As far as delivery, either company will take about 3 days to produce and ship the unit. Delivery time depends on method of shipment you choose and the final destination. Let us know if you have any further questions.
